Structure your event operations by stage, zone, or department (e.g. "Main Stage Audio", "VIP Hospitality", "Gate & Scanner Crew").

Invite Your Crew & Assign Tasks
Add audio leads, stage managers, and security directors. Assign items directly and track progress with plain status states (Done, In Progress, Stuck, Waiting).
