1. Agreement to Terms

By creating a workspace or accessing Clov Work (clov.work), you agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Workspace Ownership & Data

Each organization workspace is owned and controlled by the organization that created it. Your schedules, tasks, crew information, and rider requirements remain your organization's exclusive property. We do not sell, rent, or share your workspace data with third parties.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use Clov Work only for lawful event operations and coordination. You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, particularly during active event production windows. However, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
